Proven experience as an Auto Electrician in an OEM, automotive manufacturing, or high-volume vehicle rework environment. About the Role Join

supporting major OEM automotive facilities in Coventry. We are looking for skilled, adaptable Auto Electricians to perform complex electrical reworks, custom loom building, component installations, and diagnostic fault-finding on new vehicle platforms (including P/HEV and M/HEV systems). Key Responsibilities: Electrical System Reworks:
Install, integrate, and modify complex vehicle wiring systems, body electronics, and harnesses to strict OEM build specifications. Loom Building & Wiring Schematics:
Read and interpret OEM electrical wiring diagrams, build custom looms, and perform precise circuit modifications. Diagnostics & Rectification:
Execute electrical diagnostics, testing, fault-finding, and rectification on assembly and prototype vehicles. Vehicle Trim & Assembly:
Remove and refit interior/exterior trims and light mechanical components as required during electrical work. Quality & Safety:
Maintain high build standards while adhering strictly to workshop Health & Safety policies. Location & Commute Conveniently located in
