Qualifications:
Valid proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Experience:
Proven background as a Mechanic (Fleet, Commercial, or Ex-Forces/Military vehicle background strongly preferred). Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance (fully sponsored, managed, and paid for by E-ppl).
About the Role
Join E-ppl Ltd as a Mechanic on a critical fleet maintenance project in Leconfield, working alongside a skilled, supportive team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms. Complete rectification work ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections. Execute fleet upgrades, reworks, and resolve defects identified during quality examinations. Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety guidelines. Location & Commute Situated conveniently in Leconfield with direct access via the A164 and A1079. Local Commuters: Easily accessible from Beverley, Hull, York, Driffield, Bridlington, and across the East Riding of Yorkshire.
