Maximize Your Earning Potential

If you have the highly specialised BEV skills we are looking for, we have the hours, the rates, and the long-term stability to make it incredibly worthwhile. With 12-hour shifts and a minimum 6-day rotation, your weekly earning potential on this contract is massive.

  • Experienced BEV/SAP Electricians: £23.00 per hour (following successful Trade Test).
  • Pre-Trade Test / Major Rec Electricians: £20.00 per hour (while training/upskilling).
  • Overtime: Possible weekend overtime available at a premium rate.

Hours Advantage: Minimum 72-hour weeks (12h x 6 days) means exceptional weekly take-home pay, completely outside IR35.

  • Rates: Days £23 per hour, Nights and Saturday day £28.75 per hour, Sunday day £30.59.

About the Role & E-ppl

Here at E-ppl, we are leading suppliers of Managed Services within the automotive industry, working with the main OEMs in the UK and overseas. We provide turn-key solutions ranging from carefully planned launch support to reactive quality campaigns. We are seeking highly skilled Auto Electricians with specific experience in Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) for a long-term, stable contracting position.

Auto Electrician Requirements

  • Certifications: IMI EV Level 3 / Level 4 with proven site experience.
  • Fault Diagnosis: You must be able to confidently identify faults down to level zero. If you do not understand this level of diagnostics, you are not the right person for this job.
  • Vehicle Focus: Specific, hands-on experience on BEV vehicles.

Shift Pattern & Commitment

  • Hours: 12-hour shifts.
  • Rotation: Minimum of 6 days on a rotation.
  • Shift Type: Day shifts and rotating schedules only.
  • Commitment: Full-time hours only. Part-time contractors will not be considered.
