We are looking for elite Heavy Maintenance Mechanics to join our specialist team in Liverpool for high-impact, long-term contracts.
From supporting critical launch phases to executing precision rework and managing batch and hold quality campaigns, your expertise will ensure the next generation of vehicles hits the road in peak condition.
The Role: Specialist Mechanical Rework & Launch Support
This isn't just a basic service job; it's a chance to master the mechanical core of the latest EV technologies, including P/HEV and M/HEV systems including:
- Engine & Powertrain Mastery: Executing full engine removal and precision re-fitment to vehicles.
- Precision Assembly & Repair: Stripping, fitting, and upgrading complex interior and exterior vehicle components.
- Technical Execution: Interpreting technical documentation and wiring diagrams to support complex vehicle projects.
- Systems Integration: Performing restorative and preventative work on gears, brakes, air conditioning, and fuel pumps to a turn-key standard.
- Diagnostics & Rework: Using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical faults and replace faulty parts.
- Future-Proofing: Inspecting and repairing vehicles to ensure they meet the rigorous standards of modern, high-performance systems.
