One of our specialist arms is dedicated to refurbishment and maintenance works , and we are now looking to expand this team with the addition of a talented Estimator / Quantity Surveyor .
The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in pricing and commercial support across a variety of refurbishment projects. You will work closely with our commercial and operational teams to deliver accurate costing, support tendering activities, and help drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing cost estimates for refurbishment works.
- Identifying and pursuing new tender opportunities.
- Liaising with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery alignment.
- Supporting ongoing contract delivery with real-time commercial oversight.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates from:
- A professional surveying or Estimating background, or
- A hands-on trade background with strong commercial awareness and computer literacy
You will need:
- Experience working across refurbishment trades such as: Kitchens, bathrooms, voids, A&A works, general building, Gas, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, plastering.
- Proficient IT and pricing software skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset.
