About the Role
We are delighted to be supporting a new NHS project focused on improving data accuracy and record management within mental health services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-handling skills to gain valuable NHS system experience while working remotely. You will be using BroadCare, the system used across the NHS for managing continuing healthcare and patient data. If you have not used BroadCare before, full training, guidance notes, and manuals will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update mental health patient records using BroadCare.
- Upload, extract, and validate data and reports.
- Conduct data cleansing, cross-checking, and ensure information consistency.
- Use Excel tools such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for data analysis and filtering.
- File and manage electronic documents, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Create a clear process manual outlining the workflows and steps you establish.
