We are recruiting reliable and hardworking Outdoor Operatives for temporary manual work in the Leatherhead area.

Duties may include:

  • General outdoor work
  • Gardening and grounds work
  • Grass cutting, weeding and pruning
  • Clearing leaves and keeping outdoor areas tidy
  • Moving equipment and materials
  • General cleaning and manual duties
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe
  • Other practical duties as required

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual outdoor work
  • Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Be willing to work outside in different weather conditions
  • Have their own car and be able to travel to the work location
  • Have experience in gardening, grounds work, labouring or another practical role

The hourly rate will be between £14.00 and £16.00, depending on the assignment and relevant experience.
