We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, who thrives on their customer service skills and helping with customer queries over the telephone and email, whilst managing administration and working as part of a team.
We are looking for someone with:
- A confident professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mind, able to prioritise workload and work with strong attention to detail
- Organised with excellent administration skills
- Happy to liaise with management and external companies
