Are you an experienced Reward professional looking for an opportunity where you can genuinely influence an organisation's reward offering and employee experience? We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Reward & Recognition Partner to join their People team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Reward & Recognition Lead, supporting the development and delivery of a modern reward strategy while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. This role offers a 37-hour working week, hybrid and flexible working, together with the opportunity to work for a highly regarded organisation that genuinely invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the organisation's reward strategy.
- Manage reward and benefits activities across the business.
- Carry out salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
- Work with external benefit providers and supplier relationships.
- Support annual salary and reward review processes.
- Analyse reward data and produce meaningful reports using Excel.
- Advise managers and stakeholders on reward-related matters.
- Support employee recognition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Review market trends and make recommendations to enhance the overall reward offering.
About You
To be successful you will ideally have experience within a reward-focused position and be able to demonstrate experience of:
- Reward and benefits
- Salary benchmarking
- Job evaluation
- Benefits management
- Working with external providers
- Advanced Excel
- Working with large data sets
- Stakeholder management
- Influencing and advising managers
- Continuous improvement
Ideally you will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification, although equivalent experience will also be considered. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, together with the ability to travel within the organisation's operating region when required.
