We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our valued clients for a Reward Recognition Partner to join their People team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Reward Recognition Lead, supporting the development and delivery of a modern reward strategy while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation. This role offers a 37-hour working week, hybrid and flexible working, together with the opportunity to work for a highly regarded organisation that genuinely invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the organisation's reward strategy.
  • Manage reward and benefits activities across the business.
  • Carry out salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • Work with external benefit providers and supplier relationships.
  • Support annual salary and reward review processes.
