E-Personnel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Facilities Coordinator position with a well-established organisation based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous facilities, workplace services or office facilities experience who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a busy office environment.

Working closely with the Health Safety Facilities Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing a safe, organised and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

The Role

  • Temporary agency assignment
  • 21 hours per week, worked flexibly across 4 or 5 days
  • Potential for hours to increase to 25 hours and, subject to organisational requirements, up to 28 hours later in the year
  • Office-based in Croydon during induction, with occasional home working potentially available thereafter
  • Weekly PAYE payroll through E-Personnel Recruitment
  • Target start date: Monday 13 July
