Opportunity based at HMP Highpoint (Suffolk) on a major £300m prison expansion scheme, working within a Tier 1 environment on a significant MEP package.
Key details:
- Location: HMP Highpoint, Suffolk
- Duration: Approx. 13 months
- Rate: £450–£500 per day (PAYE)
- Benefits: Subject to holiday pay and pension in addition to the hourly day rate
- Start: ASAP / short notice preferred
Overview:
- Managing electrical packages within a large-scale custodial project
- Overseeing delivery from installation through to commissioning
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme and quality targets are met
- Working closely with site, commercial and client teams
Requirements:
- Strong background in electrical building services / M&E
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Experience working on Tier 1 or major schemes
- Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors and site delivery
- Previous experience on secure, MOD, healthcare or similar environments would be beneficial
