Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the mechanical delivery of a major construction project within a multi-disciplinary MEP team
  • Overseeing on-site coordination, programme tracking, and performance against schedule and budget
  • Leading subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance & technical excellence
  • Liaising with site leads and reporting progress to senior management
  • Driving standards across health & safety and quality control

Requirements:

  • Experience managing mechanical packages on complex construction or MEP projects
  • Used to working in large, multi-trade site environments
  • Holding valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
  • Able to work on-site full-time (Mon-Fri) near Haverhill
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
  • Able to obtain EL1 Security Clearance (essential for site access)
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
