This role is entirely site-based, 5 days per week, and would suit someone who thrives in a structured team environment, takes full ownership of their deliverables, and is committed to on-time, on-budget results.

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the mechanical delivery of a major construction project within a multi-disciplinary MEP team
- Overseeing on-site coordination, programme tracking, and performance against schedule and budget
- Leading subcontractors, ensuring safety, compliance & technical excellence
- Liaising with site leads and reporting progress to senior management
- Driving standards across health & safety and quality control
Requirements:
- Experience managing mechanical packages on complex construction or MEP projects
- Used to working in large, multi-trade site environments
- Holding valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
- Able to work on-site full-time (Mon-Fri) near Haverhill
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Able to obtain EL1 Security Clearance (essential for site access)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with a proactive mindset
