An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Biased Construction Site Manager to join a high-performing MEP team on a major high-profile project site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a site-based leader to play a key role in the delivery of complex, fast-paced, and technically demanding construction works.

Contract: Temporary Ongoing

Pay Rate: £214 - £240 per day PAYE

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading mechanical works on a large-scale MEP construction site
  • Overseeing subcontractors and internal teams to ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are met
  • Coordinating on-site logistics and managing day-to-day site operations
  • Working closely with the project and design teams to drive progress and resolve challenges
  • Ensuring full compliance with site health & safety standards and security protocols

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS card
  • Solid experience in delivering mechanically biased packages on large, technical construction projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance (EL1)
  • Confident in managing high-stakes environments with multiple workstreams
