LEATHERHEAD- ONSITE

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Director and Senior Managers.

  • Manage complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Screen telephone calls, emails and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences and appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms and arrange refreshments where required.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations and meeting packs.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute action points.
  • Ensure follow-up actions are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Organise company events, conferences and client meetings.
  • Prepare detailed travel schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Produce professional correspondence, reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Process expenses and purchase orders where required.
  • Manage confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering when necessary.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Handle enquiries professionally by telephone, email and in person.
  • Build positive working relationships across the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
