We are recruiting for a lovely client, based ONSITE in Leatherhead. The Hours are 9-5pm OR 9.15-5.15pm Mon-Fri.
The Conveyancing Administrator provides essential administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of property transactions. This role involves managing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- File Management: Open, maintain, and close conveyancing files in accordance with company procedures.
- Document Preparation: Draft and process legal documents, contracts, and forms related to property transactions.
- Client Communication: Respond to client queries promptly and professionally, answering calls and providing updates on case progress.
- Third-Party Liaison: Communicate with solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and local authorities.
