Service / Operations Coordinator Location: Leatherhead Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm An exciting opportunity has become available to join an established company based in Leatherhead. This role would suit an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, liaising with customers and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service is delivered. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling daily workloads Allocating tasks and communicating with customers Acting as a first point of contact for queries Handling incoming telephone calls and emails Keeping customers informed of progress and timescales Completing general administrative duties, including data entry Supporting the wider team with operational tasks About You: Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner Customer-focused with good attention to detail Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft Office Previous coordination, administration or customer service experience would be beneficial Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
