We are looking to onboard a Property Insurance Advisor for a local client in Chessington, Surrey. This is a Hybrid role, where you will work one week in every three in the office, however the initial onboarding will be onsite.

We are ideally seeking someone with experience in the property insurance industry, and you will be working for an award-winning company who have been established for 40 years plus. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Brokerage experience, ideally in home insurance
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • General administration duties
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Accurately process all incoming/outgoing emails
  • Resolve any customer queries and enquiries
  • Liaising with insurance companies when required
  • Follow data protection guidelines
  • Telephone sales experience
  • Liaise with finance companies

Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm with alternate Saturdays 9-4.30pm
