We are working with a well-established organisation in Croydon who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety and Facilities Manager on a part-time basis. This is a key role responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed working environment, alongside overseeing facilities operations and contractor management.

The Role

  • Lead on all aspects of health and safety across the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with UK health and safety legislation
  • Oversee facilities management and day-to-day site operations
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and service agreements
  • Monitor budgets and support facilities-related projects
  • Line manage a Facilities Coordinator (currently being recruited)

Working Pattern

24 hours per week, across 4 - 5 days. Minimum 2 days in the office (initially 3 days on-site during onboarding).

Requirements

  • NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) or strong relevant experience
  • Previous experience in facilities or office management
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance
  • Experience managing contractors, budgets, and projects
  • Full right to work in the UK

Additional Information
