About the Role
E-Personnel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their busy Employee Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong Employee Relations background who enjoys partnering with managers, resolving complex people matters and supporting organisational change across a large organisation.
Reporting to the Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers across the business, helping to build management capability while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice. Working closely with the wider People team and HR Business Partners, you will also play an important role in supporting organisational change projects, analysing HR trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
