We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Risk Officer to join a well-established Fire Safety team.
This permanent opportunity offers hybrid working, a competitive salary and the chance to work across a varied portfolio of residential properties, helping to ensure the highest standards of fire safety and compliance.
This role is home-based with regular travel throughout London, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel are essential.
The Role Reporting to the Fire Safety Manager, you will provide specialist fire safety advice and undertake comprehensive fire risk assessments across residential buildings, communal areas and HMOs.
You will ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation, produce detailed reports and work closely with colleagues, contractors and external agencies to deliver a safe environment for residents.
