Lovely company in Woking Up to 25 Hours a week and one day from home Key Responsibilities Credit Control Making phone calls to clients to follow up on outstanding payments. Maintaining accurate records of all communications regarding credit control. Bank Reconciliation: Recording and reconciling transactions. Assisting with maintaining up-to-date financial records Office Administration: Ordering and managing office supplies, holiday tracking Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. General administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Customer Interaction: Professionally handling phone calls and enquiries. Liaising with suppliers and service providers as required. ________________________________________ Key Requirements for Accounts & Admin Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone. Basic understanding of financial administration (training can be provided). Friendly, approachable, and confident. A \”can-do\” attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Comfortable working in an office environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
