We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, who thrives on their customer service skills, and helping with customer queries over the telephone and email, whilst managing administration, and working as part of a team.
We are looking for someone with:
- A confident & professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- A proactive mind, able to prioritise workload and work with strong attention to detail
