We are recruiting for an HR & Training Administrator to join the HR team of an established corporate company based in Leatherhead.

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some HR administration experience and is particularly interested in developing their career within Learning & Development.

The role will provide administrative support across the HR function, with a strong focus on coordinating training and development activities across the business. There is genuine scope to develop within the L&D area as your experience grows.

The role will include:

  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including interviews, references, offers and onboarding
  • Coordinating internal and external training courses
  • Maintaining training records and monitoring mandatory training
  • Supporting the administration of the company's Learning Management System
  • Coordinating training bookings, joining instructions, attendance and feedback
  • Supporting new starter inductions and onboarding training
  • Producing HR and training reports
  • Monitoring training, certification and compliance deadlines
  • Supporting talent development initiatives
  • Responding to employee and manager training queries
  • Providing general administrative support across the HR function

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience within HR administration, HR support or a People team
  • Experience of coordinating training or maintaining Learning & Development records
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with HR systems and employee data
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach
  • An interest in developing a career within Learning & Development

Experience of recruitment administration or working with a Learning Management System would be an advantage.
