We are seeking a Head of Digital Technology Security & Operations to join our team, based in Solihull or Nottingham, with a hybrid working model. The role requires travel as needed to support operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business priorities.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead the operational delivery of cyber security, service management, and colleague experience technology services across E.ON UK.
- Ensure services are delivered against agreed performance measures, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive a market-leading colleague and customer experience across E.ON UK's technology platforms and systems.
- Lead UK engagement on Group-led technology and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Develop and implement the UK service strategy, including service design, transition, and operations, in line with Group policies and best practice.
- Collaborate with technology, platform, engineering, cyber security, data, and AI teams to deliver secure and resilient services.
- Promote modern, sustainable technology architectures and continuous improvement across operational services.
- Provide leadership across a complex matrix of internal and external delivery partners, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, key IT controls, and cyber security standards.
What we need from you:
- Extensive experience delivering cyber security, service management, and technology operations services within a complex, multi-sourced and matrixed organisation.
- Strong background in technical infrastructure, enterprise architecture, digital platforms, or service operations, with proven experience leading complex technology environments.
- Demonstrable experience driving continuous service improvement, delivering against business KPIs, service metrics, and customer experience objectives.
- Strong understanding of service management methodologies, including ITIL and DevOps practices, with experience embedding new and transformed services into operational environments.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, including through matrix structures and remote/offshore delivery models.
- Experience managing complex technology change and transformation, with the ability to balance strategic objectives with operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and strategic partners, ensuring delivery against commercial agreements, security standards, and service expectations.
