We have an exciting opportunity for a Meter Operator (MOP) Specialist to join our Advanced Half Hourly Meter Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. For this role, you will manage the end-to-end processes of advanced meter operations. This includes new installations, fault resolution, half hourly meter exchanges and maintenance activity on accounts. The role is responsible for ensuring that tight timescales and sometimes conflicting priorities for jobs are managed and booked within SLA’s.
