- Input and maintain client and supplier purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, matching against contracts, and escalating non-conformances where appropriate.
- Assist in preparing monthly commercial and financial reports, cost value reconciliations, and forecasts for submission to project and finance teams.
- Provide commercial data and insights to project managers and senior quantity surveyors to support decision-making and cost control.
- Gain and maintain a full understanding of relevant project processes, obligations, and contracts, proposing solutions to issues where required.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of commercial systems, processes, and reporting tools.
- Support procurement activities, including liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to obtain quotations and assess best value.
- Assist in monitoring risks, variations, and change control processes to ensure compliance with contractual and commercial obligations.
- Work collaboratively with the established commercial and project delivery team to achieve cost, quality, and sustainability objectives on large-scale energy efficiency projects.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyse complex data.
- Organised, methodical, and accurate, able to work to tight deadlines while remaining adaptable to changing project demands.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision and communicate clearly (both written and oral) with stakeholders at all levels.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
