Here's what you'll be doing
Location – Stoke (Fully onsite)
Salary – £22,316 – £29,173 plus excellent employee benefits and career progression
We are looking for a dedicated team player to join us at our Stoke Lighting and Grid depot!
As a valued member of the team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks to ensure we deliver top-notch service to our clients.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our busy Lighting and Grid depot. Your responsibilities will include assisting with documentation, managing work schedules efficiently and maintaining accurate records. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams and clients, as well as develop strong relationships with colleagues across Lighting and Grid.
Main Responsibilities
- The delivery of a flexible, high quality, customer focused and cost effective service within Lighting and Grid.
- Provide support services for colleagues.
- Maintain company procedures and systems.
- Gather and process financial, personnel, sales and operational data from staff and manual/electronic systems.
- Take full ownership and responsibility for personal health and safety, and for others who may be affected.
- Continuously improving the way in which Lighting and Grid operates.
- Respecting the confidentiality of Lighting and Grid information.
- Be proactive about and take ownership of all aspects of safety, health, environmental and quality issues related to work and the impact on ourselves and others.
What we need from you
- Have strong previous administration experience.
- Have the desire to help, service and meet the needs of customers.
- Have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic.
- He able to tackle problems in a logical way taking into account all relevant information and take responsibility for solving a problem and seeing it through.
- Oral communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with staff, colleagues and customers.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule own workload to meet the requirements of his/her own team.
- The ability to work under pressure, make decisions and meet tight deadlines.
- Numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and produce it in a clear and logical format.
- A working knowledge of PC based computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to changes to those systems.

- Have or be working towards a relevant business qualification e.g. NVQ level 2 Business Administration, customer service or equivalent.
