You will be responsible for the delivery of E.ON EIS content across our digital channels. This role involves implementing digital content strategies across multiple platforms to engage our target audiences effectively, enhance the customer experience, and drive business growth. Your work will play a key role in strengthening EIS digital presence and supporting our strategic objectives.

The Digital Content Specialist is required to work as part of the Go to Market team and support the E.ON EIS (Energy Infrastructure Solutions) business with the authority to influence and define how digital content is delivered and managed across E.ON EIS digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creation of compelling website content and digital experiences that bring EIS to life and deliver the desired outcomes for our business.
  • Take ownership and lead the end-to-end approach and delivery of content initiatives through initiation, research, use of insights, creation and review.
  • Collaboration across the Go-To Market Team and wider E.ON EIS stakeholders to understand objectives and shape appropriate integrated content solutions.
  • Ownership of the creation and delivery of campaign-led content, ensuring consistency of messaging and creative execution across customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure all digital content meets website creative and technical standards – brand guidelines, usability, accessibility and application of AEM Foundation component architecture.
  • Responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy and regulatory compliance is met for all content deliveries through appropriate review and approval controls (RACI).
  • Measure and communicate the performance of your content deliveries, using structured metrics and KPIs.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and the application of content best practices across our digital channels.
  • Ensure digital content is structured and optimised for customer search visibility across search engines (SEO / AIO) and AI platforms (GEO), using appropriate techniques to balance keyword visibility, AI discoverability and editorial integrity.
  • Operate and lead content creation within an always-on way of working, demonstrating an ability to self-initiative, test and learn and explore new opportunities that add customer and commercial value.
  • Where applicable, manage deliverables from our agency partners and third parties.
  • Work alongside Digital Technology and be part of agile product teams to deliver functional content solutions where required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience using Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Good understanding of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ContentSquare.
  • Experience using SEO and GEO platforms, including Conductor and AHREFS.
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach to content development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative working skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into effective content solutions.
  • Flexible and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience across digital marketing, content, communications, analytics, and campaign delivery.
