We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by developing new business opportunities across key market segments, including residential and commercial new builds, local authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Achieve significant growth year-on-year through both growth in existing markets and promotion of EON Utility Solutions across target market geography and segments.
- Accountability for developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships to drive sales.
- Work closely with customers both new and existing to understand their business requirements, gather competitor intelligence and insight into market offerings to enhance EON Utility Solutions competitiveness
- Follow up on leads and enquiries received from both internal and external sources.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement and sales generated.
- Work with the New Business Manager and depot's commercial engineers in developing their existing customer contacts to drive further growth.
- Support the EON Utility Solutions operational management team through customer relationship management.
- Carry out appropriate hand-over sessions with the operational teams as required when new customers are onboarded and orders secured.
- Development and
- Extensive experience and technical knowledge from working in the utility/ICP sector or a track record of successfully delivering major, complex projects for major construction businesses.
- Proven track record in sales with a focus on business growth and consistently achieving targets.

- Understanding of contractual terms and conditions and able to advise on their impact to the team.
- Enhanced conflict resolution skills covering internal and external stakeholders.
