Role Overview

As the Optimum Product Success Manager, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing market insights, developing compelling value propositions, and supporting go-to-market (G2M) strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This role requires strong collaboration across our commercial, operational, and marketing teams to enhance product positioning, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing and Sales Enablement
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep sector and market research, gather customer feedback, and perform competitor analysis to shape product strategy and influence decision-making.
  • Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with G2M teams to develop effective marketing strategies, leveraging campaigns, events, social media, and sales collateral to grow sales pipelines across EIS UK, nBS, E.ON Next, and Group businesses.
  • Partner Engagement: Work with operational teams to deliver training, support proposition development, and drive G2M activities within their segments.
  • Value Proposition Development: Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to craft compelling value propositions aligned with market and customer needs.
  • Product Launches & Market Expansion: Support the launch of new features and expansion into new markets, including strategic customer engagement sessions to inform the product roadmap.
  • Content and Training Development
    • Create and maintain user guides reflecting new features.
    • Produce industry white papers, sales brochures, and videos in partnership with G2M teams to enhance product visibility.
    • Act as a platform expert, providing sales training, collateral, and product knowledge to enable effective selling.
