Reporting into the Insight Lead, the role will identify critical business questions, support external research partners to help shape the insight plan, and then interpret and communicate findings to inform business decisions.\\n\\nThis role will work across a variety of topics, including brand measurement, customer experience insight, proposition development and creative testing, and across both commodity energy and future energy solutions.
You'll play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders with actionable insights, with a high level of autonomy. \\n\\nIf you're looking for freedom to make your mark in-house, this role is for you!\\n\\nHere's a taste of what you'll be doing:\\n\\nSupport pipeline of primary research through an external research agency, this will include quant and qual methodologies.\\n\\nLeverage internal tools such as Chattermill, Tableau or brandwatch to provide insights that will strengthen GTM strategy.\\n\\nSupport all third-party research such as media agency pre and post-campaign measurement to ensure consistency of results through consistency of sampling/methodology\\n\\nAnalysing and combining data from external and internal sources\\n\\nClearly communicating and simplifying complex research results to senior stakeholders across the business\\n\\nEstablish and maintain strong forums of engagement with stakeholders (including fellow researchers, practitioners, etc.) to bring an insight-led mindset and improve the level of research proficiency \\n\\nExploration of social and personal environments and trends to understand motives and consumers needs for developing communication strategies and defining target audiences. \\n\\nAbility to comprehend and input towards driver models, eg.
forms of regression and related statistical analyses\\n\\nAre we the perfect match?\\n\\n3+ years of experience in research/insight roles, preferably with agency-side background.\\n\\nStrong knowledge of market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) in corporate or institutional settings.\\n\\nProven ability in stakeholder management and presenting complex metrics to senior stakeholders.\\n\\nExpertise in turning data into actionable insights with a proactive approach to business problem-solving.\\n\\nAbility to handle multiple work streams, manage time effectively, and work autonomously.\\n\\nExperience with start-up brands/sub-brands and/or energy category is a plus.\\n\\nIt would be great if you had:\\n\\nThe ability to see problems as opportunities and have a creative and proactive approach to problem solving.\\n\\nTake initiative and enjoy exploring and expanding your role.\\n\\nWant to be part of a growth culture – every week will be different.\\n\\nHave strong organisational skills, strong attention to detail and enjoys learning.\\n\\nHappy to make your own decisions, fear of failing doesn't hold you back, it drives you forward, learning all the time and taking responsibility.\\n\\nA team player – enjoy being part of a team, knowing the part you play in your team's success, committed to giving your best and share learnings.\\n\\nOpen to new technologies and new ways of working.\\n\\nHere's what else you need to know:\\n\\nRole may close earlier due to high applications.\\n\\n6 Month fixed term Contract.\\n\\nWe'll have regular team socials and lively team chats \\n\\nCompetitive salary \\n\\nLocation – London – E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB – with travel to our other sites when required. \\n\\nWorking environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working. \\n\\nWork life balance – we work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to service our customers and make sure they have an unforgettable experience.
