We're looking for a Regulation Compliance Manager to lead and drive regulatory excellence at E.ON Next. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our business stays compliant, consistent, and clear in a fast-moving regulatory environment. You'll provide expert advice across the organisation, manage our Regulatory Compliance Team, and work closely with the Chief of Staff to deliver trusted, customer-focused outcomes.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Provide expert regulatory advice across E.ON Next, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance in guidance and operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as Ofgem, DESNZ, Energy UK, and Citizens Advice.
- Promote regulatory awareness internally, supporting a culture of compliance through education and collaboration.
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to regulatory developments, consultations, RFIs, and complex policy drafts.
- Oversee compliance across policies, processes, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across all functions and with the Chief of Staff team to proactively resolve compliance issues and support fair customer treatment.
