We’re seeking a seasoned regulatory leader to drive compliance outcomes across E.ON Next. In this high-impact role, you’ll provide expert guidance on regulatory obligations, shape our engagement with key industry bodies, and lead a small team to deliver best-in-class compliance outcomes. Your work will span consumer protection, environmental and social schemes, commercial regulation, and industry codes ensuring our approach is coherent, consistent, and future-ready.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Act as a senior advisor on regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with licence conditions and strategic objectives.
- Lead regulatory submissions and responses, synthesising cross-functional insights into clear, high-quality outputs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Ofgem, DESNZ, Energy UK, Citizens Advice, and other stakeholders to enhance E.ON Next’s regulatory reputation.
- Anticipate and interpret regulatory developments, identifying risks and opportunities for the business.
- Champion regulatory awareness across the organisation, embedding a culture of compliance and accountability.
- Oversee and develop a high-performing regulatory team, fostering talent and strategic alignment.
- Represent E.ON Next in formal consultations and compliance engagements, ensuring our voice is clear, credible, and impactful.
