  • Partnering with Tech teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery while managing trade-offs and constraints
  • Coordinating Go-To-Market launch plans with Marketing and Operations to drive adoption and engagement
  • Using analytics and performance metrics to optimise features through a continuous "test and learn" approach
  • Facilitating discovery sessions and ideation workshops to uncover user needs, pain points and opportunities
  • Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog, adapting to commercial shifts, compliance deadlines or new insights

Are we the perfect match?

  • Proven experience delivering successful Web and Mobile App products in commercial or regulated environments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Looker, or equivalent to inform decisions
  • Technical fluency and confidence collaborating with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments and technical constraints
  • Ability to influence and manage competing priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance stakeholders
  • Solid experience in agile delivery and modern product management practices, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience working in utilities, energy, or other highly regulated sectors
  • Familiarity with self-service optimisation and conversion-focused digital journeys
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
  • Experience leading cross-functional ideation workshops or design sprints
  • Track record of translating user insights into actionable improvements
  • Comfort with rapid iteration and adapting to fast-changing project demands
