We’re looking for a Digital Delivery Manager who’s passionate about bringing people together to deliver digital products that make a real difference. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with product teams, drive quality and efficiency, and build your experience in the digital product world and is perfect for someone with around 2 years’ experience looking to take the next step.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and CX teams to guide delivery, remove blockers, and keep projects on track. You’ll help teams stay connected, organised, and focused on what matters most in creating seamless, impactful digital experiences.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Work hand-in-hand with product teams including engineering, design and QA to support delivery process, dependencies, risks and blockers.
- Ensure visibility on cross-squad and inter-squad delivery roadmap for digital portfolio.
- Proactively manage and reduce level of risk and un-block delivery across the portfolio.
- Report and track actions required to deliver in-scope and on-time across teams.
- Provide hands-on direct support to product and CX teams for high-risk and high-priority/visibility initiatives and deliverables.

- Experience in project management, product management, strategy, management consulting or planning.
- Experience working closely with a variety of business stakeholders.
- Exposure to some of digital product teams e.g., design, engineering, quality assurance.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Notion).
- Interest in working with product, engineering and design teams to improve ways of working, processes and delivery.
- Strength in organising and leading teams with empathy and clarity.
- Comfort balancing strategic and technical elements to drive delivery success.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience in risk identification and management.
- Experience liaising with multiple senior stakeholders for delivery and reporting purposes.
