Are you an ambitious marketing leader ready to power the energy transition? E.ON Next is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive high-impact growth through our strategic brand and commercial partnerships. We are looking for a creative, high-energy marketing leader to join our mission. We are specifically looking for candidates who are experts in developing marketing strategies, establishing cross-functional processes, end-to-end campaign management, while also being responsible for developing external relationships and maximising partner opportunities to drive brand and sales growth.
In this role, you will be creating new and innovative partner marketing campaigns that deliver sustainable energy solutions, specifically in the OEM sector. From identifying business objectives to navigating complex regulatory landscapes, you will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand strategy and commercial execution, working with OEM partners, an internal creative studio and external agencies to scale the E.ON Next brand across multiple channels - TV, OOH, and Digital.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Strategic campaigning: Translate business objectives into KPIs. You will develop the communications strategy, defining the channel mix and messaging with partners.
- Creative excellence: Write and fulfill compelling creative briefs with our internal studio. You will be the guardian of brand consistency while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Regulatory navigation: Craft compliant messaging, leveraging REGs and legal teams to ensure we stay within advertising law while maintaining a competitive edge.
- Media & budget management: Work with internal and external media owners to plan, execute, and optimise reach. You will have full autonomy over campaign budgets and performance reporting.
- Partner enablement: Build deep, collaborative relationships with partners. You’ll support the creation of sales collateral, pitch decks, and GTM plans for new solution services (e.g., EV charging, Heat Pumps, Solar Panels).
- Performance optimisation: Participate in weekly and monthly reporting sessions, using data to pivot strategies and log actionable improvements.
- Data: Use data to support decisions while balancing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Autonomy: You are comfortable working with minimal supervision. You have the confidence to make high-stakes decisions, manage your own timelines, and proactively solve roadblocks before they escalate.
- End-to-End Execution: From the first stakeholder meeting to the post-campaign analysis, you are the single point of truth for your partner campaigns.
Measures of Success (KPIs)
- Commercial growth: Total value of new leads and sales generated specifically through co-marketing activities and partner referrals.
- Brand strength: Measurable uplift in Brand Awareness and Consideration metrics within partner-specific segments.
- Relationship health: Maintaining high Partner Satisfaction Scores through proactive enablement and support.
Are we the perfect match? 10+ Years in Partner Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Business Development (OEM industry preferred). Proven Track Record: You have deployed 'Through-the-Line' (TTL) campaigns and can demonstrate their direct impact on sales/commercial targets. Stakeholder Management: Experience navigating senior cross-functional teams, managing external media vendors and complex organisations.
