About the role
In the position of Head of Engineering, you will oversee the engineering functions that support E.ON UK's digital offerings. You will report to the UK Technology Delivery Director and be responsible for defining the engineering strategy across various domains, including Cloud Platforms, Frontend Engineering, SaaS Platforms, and Backend Engineering & Architecture. Your leadership will ensure these areas work together as a cohesive engineering unit.

Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing engineering teams and delivering successful digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Platforms, Frontend Engineering, SaaS Platforms, and Backend Engineering & Architecture.
- Experience in a product-driven, DevOps-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
