Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with our CCO and COO, forming a supportive and collaborative EA team.
  • Anticipating needs and taking the initiative to keep things flowing, calmly and confidently.
  • Nurturing trusted relationships across the business – from board members to external partners.
  • Managing changing priorities with grace and flexibility, while staying focused and solution-oriented.
  • Preparing our leaders for meetings with care – coordinating schedules, collating briefings and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Owning the details – from meeting logistics and agenda planning to minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Being the go-to for inbox management, expense handling, and travel planning with care and clarity.
  • Supporting wider team connection and wellbeing through thoughtful planning and event coordination.

Are we the perfect match? We’re looking for someone who brings compassion and clarity to their work – could that be you?

  • Proven experience in a senior-level EA or PA role supporting board-level leaders.
  • You’re highly organised, with the ability to calmly prioritise under pressure.
  • You communicate clearly and thoughtfully – both in writing and in person.
  • Naturally proactive – you spot what needs doing and get it done with kindness and confidence.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to a high standard.
  • A warm, collaborative team player who knows how to hold confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Adaptable and ready to flex your working hours when needed.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation.
  • A real love for building relationships and making others feel supported.
  • Comfort working across different teams and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • A creative, solutions-focused mindset – always ready to help make things easier.
  • A keen eye for detail and a pride in delivering beautifully polished work.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems for processing expenses or invoices.
  • Experience organising events, travel or team offsites.
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, energy, or customer experience.
