We’re looking for an experienced Martech specialist with exceptional stakeholder management and strong technical capability to lead the strategic development and optimisation of our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll act as the bridge between commercial, marketing, e‐commerce, digital, data and technology teams, ensuring our platforms, processes and people work together to power performance, personalisation and customer experience. This is a hybrid role with travel between our Nottingham, Coventry and London offices.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Leading our Martech strategy and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with wider business goals.
- Designing and optimising a scalable Martech architecture across CRM, automation, analytics, CMS, CDP and attribution platforms.
- Driving automation, personalisation and AI‐enabled initiatives that support marketing execution at scale.
- Overseeing marketing automation platforms and enabling teams to maximise adoption and value.
- Partnering with data, commercial and analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting frameworks and attribution models.
- Ensuring robust governance, data quality and compliant data flows across all systems.
- Collaborating with cross‐functional teams to align Martech with the full customer journey.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Martech and marketing operations professionals.
Are we the perfect match?
Here’s what we need from you:
- Significant experience in Martech, marketing operations or digital transformation.
- Demonstrable success designing and delivering Martech strategy across complex, integrated environments.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, analytics and attribution.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into meaningful business outcomes.
- Proven experience in leading B2C and B2B sales & retention to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional or technical teams.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience, with advanced Martech certifications highly desirable.
