Work with Proposition teams to shape roadmaps based on market demand and customer insight.

Collaborate across all customer touchpoint teams to ensure consistent delivery of onboarding, retention, and sales enablement strategies.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B, B2C, Tech, SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy and product positioning development.
  • Proven ability to distill complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and customer research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build alignment without direct authority.
  • Robust project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
  • Customer-obsessed and data-driven.
  • Adaptive and effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Creative problem-solver with strong storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable working within a highly matrixed organisation.
