- Lead Product Delivery: Shape Website and App experiences from discovery and scoping through to launch and optimisation.
- Translate Requirements: Convert business needs into Epics, User Stories and actionable priorities for engineering teams.
- Design Collaboration: Work with designers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences that balance usability and technical feasibility.
- Partner with Tech: Support scalable, high-quality delivery while navigating technical constraints and dependencies.
- Coordinate GTM Launch: Align with Marketing and Operations to maximise adoption and engagement.
- Use Data to Optimise: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to continuously improve features.
- Facilitate Ideation: Run workshops and discovery sessions to uncover user needs, pain points and opportunities.
B2C Experience: 5+ years delivering successful web/mobile products, understanding user psychology and friction reduction.
Domain Expertise: Experience in EV, IoT or Energy Management, knowledge of competitors like Hugo, Loop, or Octopus is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Expert use of GA4, Looker, Mixpanel, Glassbox, or similar analytics tools.
Technical Fluency: Confident working with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments and constraints.
Stakeholder Management: Able to influence and manage priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams.
Agile Proficiency: Experienced in agile delivery, Jira, Confluence and modern product management practices.
T-Shaped Mastery: Deep expertise in growth and data, with broad knowledge of UX, Engineering and GTM strategy.

It would be great if you had:
- Regulated Sector Experience: Worked in utilities, energy or other highly regulated industries.
- Self-Service Optimisation: Familiarity with conversion-focused digital journeys.
- Inclusive Design Knowledge: Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Workshop Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions or design sprints.
