We are seeking a brilliant Product Lead to shape industry leading contact experiences for our customers by driving high performing Marketing Technology products. You will work closely with Digital and Marketing teams to accelerate and optimise marketing, communications and digital journeys. We are a flat and agile organisation and are looking for a hands-on Product Lead who thrives in collaborative environments, loves solving complex customer and business challenges with innovative technology solutions and plays a critical role in unlocking value across our product portfolio. If you’re passionate about creating impactful product strategies, bringing people together and championing experimentation and continuous improvement, this is the role for you.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Marketing Technology products, collaborating with SaaS partners and internal stakeholders
- Partner with Digital, Marketing, Technology and Operations teams to identify key customer and business problems
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure MarTech solutions deliver maximum value
- Manage relationships with technology partners, including SaaS and in-house products, ensuring seamless execution
- Identify new technologies, market trends and innovative approaches to enhance product performance
- Champion lean, experimental approaches to test hypotheses and drive measurable improvements
- Act as the product expert, understanding systems, processes and end-user needs to inform decision-making
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) with significant product management expertise
- Strong understanding of Marketing Technology tools, such as Campaign Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Consent Management and Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Deep agile experience with proven ability to execute complex delivery pipelines
- Experience managing SaaS products and technology partner relationships
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, including with executive-level stakeholders
- Solid understanding of technology trends and how they impact product strategy
- Experience working closely with Digital and Marketing teams
It would be great if you had:
- Previous experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
- Familiarity with Kraken Technologies or similar proprietary platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve customer experiences through technology
- Experience in lean experimentation or hypothesis driven product development
