- Working closely with our CCO and COO, forming a supportive and collaborative EA team.
- Anticipating needs and taking the initiative to keep things flowing, calmly and confidently.
- Nurturing trusted relationships across the business β from board members to external partners.
- Managing changing priorities with grace and flexibility, while staying focused and solution-oriented.
- Preparing our leaders for meetings with care β coordinating schedules, collating briefings and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Owning the details β from meeting logistics and agenda planning to minute-taking and action tracking.
- Being the go-to for inbox management, expense handling, and travel planning with care and clarity.
- Supporting wider team connection and wellbeing through thoughtful planning and event coordination.
Proven experience in a senior-level EA or PA role supporting board-level leaders.
You're highly organised, with the ability to calmly prioritise under pressure.
You communicate clearly and thoughtfully β both in writing and in person.
Naturally proactive β you spot what needs doing and get it done with kindness and confidence.
Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to a high standard.
A warm, collaborative team player who knows how to hold confidentiality and professionalism.
Adaptable and ready to flex your working hours when needed.
