We are seeking four Digital Product Managers (Web & App) to join our Digital Go-To-Market team at E.ON Next. In this 12-month fixed-term, hybrid role based in London, you’ll own the end-to-end experience of our Web and Mobile App channels, ensuring every interaction delights customers while driving commercial growth.
You’ll partner closely with GTM, Design and Engineering teams to translate business needs into seamless, high-performing digital solutions that increase operational efficiency, support self-service journeys, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. By blending data-driven insights with technical feasibility, you’ll help shape experiences that improve customer satisfaction and deliver measurable business impact.
Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Leading the full product lifecycle for Web and App experiences, from discovery and scoping through to launch and optimisation
- Translating business requirements into Epics, User Stories and actionable priorities for engineering teams
- Collaborating with designers to create intuitive, user-centred experiences that balance usability with technical reality
- Partnering with Tech teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery while managing trade-offs and constraints
- Coordinating Go-To-Market launch plans with Marketing and Operations to drive adoption and engagement
- Using analytics and performance metrics to optimise features through a continuous "test and learn" approach
- Facilitating discovery sessions and ideation workshops to uncover user needs, pain points and opportunities
- Maintaining and prioritising the product backlog, adapting to commercial shifts, compliance deadlines or new insights
Proven experience delivering successful Web and Mobile App products in commercial or regulated environments. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, Looker, or equivalent to inform decisions. Technical fluency and confidence collaborating with Engineering teams on APIs, mobile deployments and technical constraints. Ability to influence and manage competing priorities across Commercial, Operations and Compliance stakeholders. Solid experience in agile delivery and modern product management practices, with proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently.

- Comfort with rapid iteration and adapting to fast-changing project demands
