We are seeking a dynamic CRM Manager to deliver our CRM efforts within the sales and retention team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to drive growth and enhance the value of our Sainsbury's Energy and EON Next customer base. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end CRM campaigning, identifying business objectives, developing CRM marketing strategy and fulfilling communications planning with creative assets by working with our internal creative studio. Channels span across owned media such as website, email, DM or SMS, with direct responsibility for email deployment and optimisation of customer journeys.
The Brand Reputation team empowers customers to save energy, time and money through proactive and reactive dynamic communications.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Strategic CRM Planning: Develop comprehensive CRM plans aligned with home solutions goals, translating business objectives into actionable KPIs.
- Data-Driven Campaign Management: Leverage data to optimise campaign performance, ensuring all CRM initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM campaigns and strategies support broader business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Digital, and other teams to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards, supporting your team in reporting and optimisation.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential blockers to timely campaign delivery, maintaining team autonomy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated CRM Campaign Management Experience: Owning and managing end-to-end campaigns to drive best in practice campaigns to influence business objectives.
- Strategic Development: Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies, including campaign and customer journey strategies.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong experience in performance-driven campaigning, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with automated marketing software solutions and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Creative Problem Solver: A proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box and innovate.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
