As a Senior Product Analyst at E.ON Next, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping, supporting and evolving a diverse portfolio of products that enable brilliant experiences for both our customers and our Energy Specialists. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a short space of time within a fast moving, purpose led organisation.
You’ll work closely with Product, Business and Technology teams, using your insight, curiosity and analytical strength to help define complex problems, explore industry trends and apply best practice. Your focus will sit within our Contact Product area, specifically supporting Workplace Applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and the Atlassian suite ensuring our colleagues have intuitive, effective and empowering tools to communicate, collaborate and do their best work.
Level: Associate – 2–5 years’ experience, ready to confidently take ownership of key tasks, grow your expertise and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, fast-paced product environment.Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Partnering closely with Product Leads, Product Managers, business owners, subject matter experts, delivery teams and third-party partners to shape, refine and deliver high-value product pipelines
- Building a strong and confident understanding of the Contact domain, with a specialist focus on Workplace Applications
- Owning and progressing elements of the Contact product backlog, translating complex problems into clear, well defined features and outcomes
- Using data thoughtfully and effectively gathering insights, measuring impact and presenting findings to support prioritisation and decision-making
- Supporting the management of incidents, bug fixes and shifting priorities with flexibility and care
- Working with business teams to validate, test and embed newly delivered technology
- Researching external markets and best practices, bringing fresh, innovative ideas into our Contact product experience
- Leading on more complex and business-critical initiatives, while coaching and supporting more junior colleagues
- Significant experience working within technology led environments, including complex delivery pipelines
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- A strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on product strategy
- Proven experience working with SaaS providers, ideally including Workplace Applications
- Confidence navigating complex datasets, performing detailed analysis and defining clear, actionable solutions
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and collaboration skills, including at senior stakeholder level
- A flexible, curious mindset and comfort working with ambiguity, feedback and change
It would be great if you had:
- Hands-on experience managing or supporting Workplace Applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana or Atlassian tools
- Previous experience working with or within a Contact Centre environment
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives
- A passion for innovation, experimentation and applying emerging technologies, including AI
- Experience establishing communities of practice or guilds to share knowledge and encourage best practice
