From supporting our teams with smart meters and EV charge points to shaping the way we deliver solar and heat pump technology, you’ll use your expertise to guide, empower and inspire others. Designing and nurturing a competency framework that helps colleagues feel confident and capable in their roles
Supporting recruitment and training by ensuring our people have the skills they need to succeed
Offering hands-on guidance to field teams, managers and partners to keep everyone safe and compliant
Making sure our work meets the very highest technical and regulatory standards
Leading technical briefings and helping colleagues learn and grow through audits, assessments and coaching
Being the voice of E.ON in industry groups and meetings, championing our standards and values
Creating simple, clear documentation that keeps our teams aligned and confident
Partnering with leaders across the business to solve challenges and build solutions together
Are we the perfect match?
Strong electrical background, with proven technical experience across a range of work
Qualified to 18th Edition with a solid understanding of BS7671 and other relevant standards
A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel across the country to support teams
Confidence in solving problems calmly and creatively, even under pressure
A natural communicator with the ability to engage, inspire and influence others
Experience sharing knowledge through training, assessments or mentoring
An interest in renewable solutions such as EV charging or solar
It would be great if you had:
Experience in compliance, auditing or working closely with regulators
Familiarity with renewable technologies like heat pumps or storage
Previous experience shaping or managing competency frameworks
Knowledge of accreditation processes (MCOP, EU Skills, HSE, etc.)
Experience working with contractors and building strong, respectful partnerships
Confident facilitation and presentation skills
