Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for CRM marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re seeking a dynamic CRM Campaign Manager to deliver our CRM efforts within our in-house Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to increase engagement with our EON Next and Sainsbury’s Energy customer base.

You’ll be responsible for owning end-to-end CRM campaigning, identifying business requirements, developing CRM marketing strategy and fulfilling communications planning with creative assets by working with our internal creative studio. Channels span across own media such as website, email, SMS, In-app and DM, with direct responsibility for deployment and optimisation of customer journeys.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • CRM Planning: Develop comprehensive CRM plans aligned with customer engagement goals, translating business requirements into actionable KPIs.

  • Data-Driven Campaign Management: Leverage data to optimise campaign performance, ensuring all CRM initiatives are aligned with strategic goals.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM campaigns and strategies support broader business requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with E-commerce, Digital, and other teams to enhance customer journeys and conversion rates.

  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards, supporting your team in reporting and optimisation.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential blockers to timely campaign delivery, maintaining team autonomy and efficiency.

Are we the perfect match?

  • CRM Campaign Management Experience: Owning and managing end-to-end campaigns to ensure best practice across campaigns to drive retention and extend customer lifetime value.

  • CSS/HTML5 coding: Experience building HTML5 emails for CRM campaigns.

  • Strategic Development: Proven ability to develop and execute CRM strategies, including single send campaigns and always on customer journey strategies.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong experience in performance based campaigning, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with automated marketing software solutions and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.

  • Creative Problem Solver: A proactive approach to challenges, with a willingness to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Operational Excellence: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

It would be great if you had:

  • Energy Industry Experience: Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus, but not essential.

  • Start-Up/Sub-Brand Experience: Experience working with start-up brands or sub-brands is beneficial.
