The role focuses on owning and delivering our employee benefits portfolio, aligning it with the EVP, and driving engagement.

This position reports to the Reward & Performance Lead Consultant within a high-performing Reward team.

The successful candidate will influence stakeholders, manage projects and lead reward initiatives, working in a fast-paced environment during business transformation.
